سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع – متجر الغرب المتميزاستبدال المنتجات:
- يحق للعميل استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج سليمًا وغير مستخدم.
- يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حالة الاستبدال، ويستثنى من ذلك المنتجات المعيبة أو الخاطئة حيث يتحمل المتجر التكاليف.
- في حالة الاستبدال الدولي، يتحمل العميل كامل تكاليف الشحن.
- لا يحق الاستبدال في الحالات التالية:
- المنتجات المصنّعة حسب طلب العميل أو وفق مواصفات خاصة.
- البرامج والأقراص المدمجة بعد الاستخدام.
- الصحف والمجلات والكتب.
- المنتجات التي تلفت بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
- خدمات الإيواء أو الإطعام أو النقل.
- المنتجات الرقمية القابلة للتحميل.
استرجاع المنتجات (الإرجاع):
- يحق للعميل استرجاع المنتج وفسخ العقد خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام إذا كان المنتج سليمًا وغير مستخدم.
- يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع، ويستثنى من ذلك المنتجات المعيبة أو الخاطئة حيث يتحمل المتجر التكاليف.
- في حالة الاسترجاع الدولي، يتحمل العميل كامل تكاليف الشحن.
- لا يحق الاسترجاع في الحالات نفسها المذكورة أعلاه للاستبدال.
Exchange & Return Policy – West Parts Store
Product Exchange:
- Customers have the right to exchange products within 7 days of receiving them, provided the items are intact and unused.
- Customers bear shipping costs for exchanges, except in cases of defective or incorrect products where the store covers the costs.
- For international exchanges, customers bear the full shipping costs.
- Exchange is not allowed in the following cases:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Software, CDs, or DVDs after use.
- Newspapers, magazines, or books.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Services such as accommodation, food, or transportation.
- Downloadable digital products.
Product Return:
- Customers have the right to return products and cancel the contract within 7 days of receiving them, if the items are intact and unused.
- Customers bear shipping costs for returns, except in cases of defective or incorrect products where the store covers the costs.
- For international returns, customers bear the full shipping costs.
- Return is not allowed in the same cases listed above for exchanges.
